where is the File>Import command on iOS?
The help articles say to use File>Import to import a csv file. I can't find any such command on iOS 1Password.
1Password Version: 5?

@nrcapes: Indeed, since iOS doesn't really have a filesystem it's going to be difficult to manipulate CSVs there, but the desktop apps can help make this much easier for you! And if you're bringing data over from another app, MrC's converter may also be of use to you if your data needs some 'encouragement'. ;)

I was able to import exported data from the Keeper password manager by first putting it into Excel (tab delimited) then moving the columns so that the layout matches 1Password. I then used the 30-day trial version of 1Password for Mac to bring the data into 1Password. It is somewhat misleading that when you search for "importing data" on the AgileBits forums you get a page saying that you can use the File>Import command, and it doesn't say that this is not available on ios.

@nrcapes: Well, these forums do cover all of our products across all platforms. Every post will not have all the information you're looking for, as it's a discussion where a number of people (staff, moderators, and users such as yourself) can contribute; so it's important to note both the context and category of the post you're reading. And iOS apps don't have a "File menu" anyway. ;)
The knowledgebase is the best place to find documentation, guides, howtos, etc., such as this one:
Import data from other applications
That said, both AgileBits staff and the community are here to help, even if we're not going to be able to edit every mention of importing, etc. to note that it is not possible on a mobile device.
But if there's a specific mention that you're referring to, please let us know so we can see if something needs to be addressed/clarified. Without knowing what you're referring to, there simply isn't much we can do to improve it. Thanks in advance! :)
