Manually input a lot of info in 1Password on my computer. Checked both iPhone and iPad devices and see Social Security, Driver Licenses and Bank Accounts in Categories are unseen but I do see them in my MacBook Pro. Why?

@marlene: I hope you don't mind, but I moved this discussion to the iOS category of the forums, since that's where you seem to be having trouble.

I'm sorry for the confusion! Without Pro Features, 1Password for iOS will only allow creating, editing, and viewing Logins, Credit Cards, Identities, and Secure Notes. The other categories will be hidden, although you can view your other items under the All Items tab, as Vee mentioned in the other thread.

I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)

@brenty: Are you saying Social Security, Driver Licenses and Bank Accounts listed in Categories can be seen in iPhone and iPad only with Pro Features? And Pro Features are for iOS devices only? And will be connected with all info listed in MacBook Pro?

@brenty: Pardon me if I sounded a bit mumbled-jumbled in the above queries. Were you saying that all Categories listed in MacBook Pro can be viewed in iOS devices only after Pro Features app are downloaded in the iPhone and iPad?

    The position is this:

    1. You can view the other items @brenty mentioned in the All Items tab in 1P for iOS.
    2. You will not see the other categories he mentioned, or be able to edit the items within those categories using 1P for iOS, unless you make the in-app purchase to enable the pro features.

@marlene: Correct. And just to add to what Stephen_C said, 1Password for Mac is a paid app, so thee's no 'unlocking' categories; you simply gain access to all of them when you purchase a license and resister the app. 1Password for iOS, on the other hand, is a free app with basic features, and then you can pay for the Pro upgrade (rather than having to pay for the app itself upfront). I hope this helps! :)

Ok, now I completely understand. Where do I go if I decide to purchase the Pro Features? Was not able to find it in Apple's App store.

@marlene: The "in-app purchase", as it's called, it right there in 1Password. Just go to Settings > Pro Features, and then tap the price and authorize the purchase. Thanks for your support! :chuffed:

Couldn't find the in-app purchase in 1Password on my Mac, but now see it in iOS. Thank you.

Here's a picture taken with my iPhone: IMG_0218.JPG

This didn't show up in my Mac computer yesterday but it does now. Good to know everything's ok.

(Sorry, posted the above in the wrong place. Should have been in Watchtower.)

Thanks for the update Marlene. The in-app purchase is just for iOS, not Mac.
