Can I sync version 3.7.1?

I have an iPad1 with 1P V3.7.1 with all my data. I've been managing offline. I'd like to sync with my Microsofrt PC, and then sync all my data to all my ios6 devices. IS this possible?

    Hi @ScottmReed,

    Unfortunately no, it is not. 1Password 3 for iOS can only sync with 1Password 3 for Mac and only over WiFi. The newer 1Password 5 for iOS and iOS 8 would be required to do as you've described.
