Okay, so I hope this helps. I was on board with 1password when it first launched and purchased it back in the day. I went through an issue back when it went to an upgrade. With the upgrade I had to do some funky save and restore thing and was able to get it on my desktop (PC) and my IOS device. Now, I logged in both my IOS device and my PC. Basically on my PC if I go to restore something that says (1Password 2015-02-18 114850 (43 items).agilekeychain_zip) for example, it shows 43 items but when it loads on the desktop nothing shows up. So I checked my phone. All the notes are there but the text field is blank. So far I've lost 43 notes and some include bit locker keys. Any suggestions on getting this resolved or recovered so I can at least update and import?

    I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble here, and I'd be more than happy to help you get it sorted out!

    Now, I think I need a bit more detail to determine where things are getting tangled up.

    • What is the version number of 1Password? Please include the version of 1Password for each of the devices that you're currently using 1Password on.
    • What are the version numbers are your operating systems? (Again, please include all relevant operating systems.)
    • Can you describe a little bit more about this 'funky save and restore'? Were you following some directions in our User Guide? If so, it would be great to have the link to those instructions. At what point in the process did things go off track for you?

    The more detail you can provide, the more quickly we'll be able to get you back on track. :)
