1Password for iOS does indeed have a Safari extension which you can find information on here:
https://support.1password.com/guides/ios/extension.html

Google Chrome does have some 1Password support built-in as well, but they do not use the same extension.

Yes, it does. The instructions I linked are for iOS. iPads and iPhones run iOS. :)
