Why can't I paste a username into a new login?

i just noticed that when creating a new login, the new wizard doesn't let you paste into the username field? Why?

Use case is that I was using an app, discovered I had to creat an account, typed in a username and then decided I should store it in 1P to generate a password, so I copy the username I've type, hop over to 1P and then discover I have to type,it again? For the sake of an option click in xcode, could you please enable paste.

    Hi @365nice,

    I'm having trouble reproducing this issue. Could you please let me know which versions of 1Password and iOS you are using?

    Pasting into the username field in the create new login wizard is working for me.

    Hi Ben - I went back to repro this, and you are right a paste menu does appear. This is iOS 8.4 and 1p 5.4.3

    You know, sometimes I find that iOS is a bit flakey showing those menus in other apps too. Potentially my copy didn't work but I wonder if there is some iOS system bug.

    Anyway, glad I can rely on it in the future and sorry to waste your time
