I've just tried visiting KelbyOne (http://kelbyone.com) and after clicking on the sign in button (which takes you to https://kelbyone.com/account/) I followed our guide, How to manually save a Login. The Login it created worked fine for me both in filling a fresh copy of the page and even open and fill where we create a new tab in your browser and load the page before filling. I haven't tested submitting the filled in form as I was using dummy data for testing but the password filled in was correct.
If you're finding that guide doesn't result in a working Login item could you tell us a bit more about your environment please. I'd be interested in the following:
- Which version of 1Password are you running?
- What is your preferred browser and browser version?
- Which version of the 1Password extension is installed.
If you are seeing a difference hopefully something there might indicate why :smile:
