Phone reset loses 1Password from apps list in iTunes

H there, I have 3.8 I think it is 1Password, for my iMac, and I have it on my iPad currently. I had it on my iPhone, and then I upgraded to an iPhone 6. I cannot seem to find the 1Password app in the app list in iTunes. And I'm not sure about resurrecting the app, and how to accomplish getting it back up and running.

OS Version: iOS 8 9
Sync Type: dropbox
