  • Hi @Clingpeach,

We'd be happy to help you. I'm not entirely sure I follow, but the way I read this:

I have jpeg files attached to my credit card in the web browser

Do you mean you have a credit card item in 1Password on your computer, and that has images attached to it, but those images don't appear to sync to 1Password on your iPhone? If so, have you purchased the Pro features for 1Password for iOS? Viewing attachments on iOS is a Pro feature:

If I've misunderstood your question I apologize. Could you please elaborate?

    Thanks.

    Ben

@Clingpeach - I'm not sure I understand what it means to have a picture of a credit card in a web browser, but if you want to attach an image to a 1Password record in the iOS version, that cannot be done directly in the iOS version. You can attach such a file in one of the desktop versions. They can then be sync to iOS, where they can be viewed.

The is an open feature request to allow attaching images directly in the iOS application. If I've understood your objective, I'm sure someone will be along to count your vote in favor of adding that in a future update.

If I've misunderstood, sorry for th intrusion.

Hi there many thanks for your response. By browser I guess I mean desktop version. So yes I have a pic of my credit card in my desktop version. I do have some pics of credit cards on my iPhone. The question is How do I do the synch. Im not quite sure.

How do you sync your data between your desktop and your iPhone? Dropbox? iCloud?

Here is some information about how to Attach a file for Mac. If you get the file attached in your Mac application, it will automatically sync to iOS by the method you use for that.

Edit: You will need to purchase the advanced Pro features for the iOS app before you can view attachments on your iPhone.

  • In addition to what hawkmoth said, you can find instructions on syncing here.
