I can only see 7/21 passwords I created mostly on my mac on the iOS app. I have synced both with no results; no errors messages. using dropbox sync. Help?

    Sorry to hear about the trouble getting your data to sync. Could you please try logging into 1PasswordAnywhere in Dropbox on your Mac and see what items appear there?

    The basics are that you'll go to the Dropbox website and login, then select the 1Password folder > 1Password.agilekeychain > 1Password.html and open that file.

    There are only 7 items in there, the same ones that I can access from my phone.

  • Thanks, @rb_cav1. That tells us the Mac is the one not syncing to Dropbox properly. Can you please make sure you see the Dropbox icon on the Mac up by the clock, and that it shows a green checkmark instead of a blue circle?

    Also, in 1Password for Mac, under Preferences > Sync > Primary does the screen indicate that a sync with Dropbox is occurring? When does it say it was last synced?

    Ben,

    I did not realize that dropbox was not running on my mac, I opened dropbox and it synced ~20 items (I only use DB for 1P). However, when logging into 1P anywhere, there are still only 7 items. I closed/reopened the mac 1password, but still no changes. Sync occured again w/ open/close and the pathway is correct.

  • If you close and re-launch the iOS app does it now show all of the items?
