Touch ID freezing/hangs 5.4.3
1password will prompt for Touch ID - but your only option is to hit cancel. When I touch I get no response- no error/shake - it's just totally hung outside of cancel working. It always worked before - this has been going on for a few days or a week. Before and after latest iOS upgrade. Touch ID in the Schwab app works normally. Touch ID for unlocking the phone works normally. I end up entering master password often to use 1password. I have noticed it also asks for master password often skipping the Touch ID prompt . Tried the reboot.
1Password Version: 5.4.3
Extension Version: not used in this case
OS Version: iOS 8.4.1
Sync Type: dropbox

This isn't much help to you, but it may help the AgileBits folks. I recently returned to the release version of 1Password for iOS. I had the same experience you describe when I first started the release version. I forced the application to quit, restarted my iPhone, and had no more such problem. If you haven't tried the force-quit and restart, you might give that a shot.
On my iPad Air (not 2), I don't have TouchID, but that installation just stopped at the lock screen and never presented the master password field, until I did the same as I did on my iPhone.

Hi @douglasfenton,
Sorry to hear about the trouble. If you are still having problems after what hawkmoth suggested, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html
Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Ben
