My iPad and iPhone no longer give me a way to retrieve login info

Maybe I messed up one of the Settings, but when I go to a website where the userid and password are blank, I am unable to get 1Password to populate those fields for me. Dropbox is the Sync option that I have chosen and the 1browser option is 1browser. I used to have an icon that I could click (picture of a key) but I am no longer seeing that.
