    If you indeed want your money back for the iOS version (you posted in that section of the forum), you will have to ask for that from Apple. Your purchase was from the iTunes App Store, which is run by Apple. Developers don't get any information about who purchases their software.

    If you want to pursue a refund from Aplle, you can Intitute that by clicking on the link in your receipt from Apple to report a problem.

    Finally, there isn't any money to get back for the iOS version, unless you have paid for the in-app purchase to activate the Pro features. In its basic form, it's free to download and use.

    If you are still looking for a refund, as Hawkmoth says, we have no power to refund purchases made via the App Store. Those are all handled by Apple directly. (If you're referring to the desktop version and you purchased directly from the AgileBits Store, please let us know, and we'd be happy to honour our 30-day guarantee!)
