1Password will no longer sync....
OK, so I am a paid user of 1Password and it works fine with my MacBook Pro, iPhone, and iPad. I am trying to get the app on my girlfriend's iPad and cannot sync to her drop box account. After going through the various prompts I get "1Password will no longer sync because no sync source was found for profile. 1Password has detected a problem." So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and get the same error message. Needless to say, she is unimpressed and does not want to buy the app for her PC, and the pro version for iPad and iPhone.
I am unable to find a technical support line to call, so I am left with this "pray that someone might answer" forum request page. After seeing this problem in numerous other forum articles, I also see that no solution has been found.
So, if you wish to sell her the product, please let me know how to solve this problem.

In order to give you some steps to correct this, inIn order to get this sorted out, I'll need to know a little bit more about your girlfriend's 1Password ecosystem:
- What is the version number of 1Password that you have installed? (Please include all relevant computers and devices)
- What is the version number of your operating system (for all computers and devices)?
- Are you attempting to sync an existing vault onto her iOS devices, or are you setting up 1Password as a new user and attempting to sync a vault created on iOS into Dropbox?
- Are there multiple vaults involved? (If so, the names of those vaults could help us here.)
The more detail you can provide about the situation, the more quickly we'll be able to get you sorted out! :)
