i am having this same problem on my iPhone and iPad i have i have turned off icloud and restarted the phone and still the same probem 8.4 version on iOS any suggestions?

@licorice: I hope you don't mind, but I've moved your post to a separate thread to avoid confusion.

It sounds like you're receiving the "failed to fetch some record zones" error. Is that the case? If not, please tell me the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect.

If that's the issue you're seeing, however, just follow these steps:

1. Save a backup of your iOS vault to your computer
2. Remove the application from your iOS device
3. Reinstall it from the App Store
4. When you open it, set it up as a "New User"
5. Enter the same Master Password as before
6. Sync this new vault to iCloud, you shouldn't get any errors
7. Restore the backup
8. Re-sync and merge the data
9. Let it finish and then re-sync your other devices
