Installation hangs

in iOS

I cannot get the iPad version 5.5 to install. After downloading it hangs with the install with the 'loading' icon about 3/4 full. I have tried to install via iTunes and via the iPad App Store but get the same result. This has only happened since the 5.5 update and was working before that. Can you help me?

OS Version: iOS 8.4

    Hi @jmartin4810,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble getting 1Password to install properly. The actual installation process is controlled by iOS, not the app. Have you tried rebooting your iPad? Do other apps / updates install okay?

    Just rebooted the iPad and installation went great. I really thought I'd already tried that but I must have missed it. Thanks for the help. There are very few companies that give help as fast and I think your company is doing a great job.
