    Hi @AnnPurvis,

I'm sorry you're having some trouble with 1Password! I removed your email address from your message since these are public forums, so you probably don't want to have that seen by everyone. Also, you said the problem is happening with 1Password on your iPhone, so I've moved your discussion to our iOS forum. I hope you don't mind!

Are you trying to install the 1Password app or an update for it on your iPhone? If an app is gray and says "waiting", that usually means the app (or an update for the app) hasn't started downloading yet. If you're trying to download multiple apps or app updates at once, they will be downloaded in order instead of all at once, so the 1Password download should start once others have completed. When an app is in the middle of downloading, it will say "loading". Do you see any other apps on your iPhone that have grayed out icons and say "waiting" or "loading"?

If no other apps are downloading, there's probably another reason why the 1Password download hasn't started, but I'm afraid there's not much we can do to help with that - the installation of apps is done by iOS and the App Store, which are both controlled by Apple. However, you might want to check that you have enough free space on your iPhone to install the app (about 73 MB), and that the internet connection is working. You can also open the App Store and go to the Updates section to see if any other apps are currently downloading. You can also try rebooting your iPhone to see if that helps.

I'm not sure I understand - where are you seeing something referring to "body"?

Are you also having trouble with 1Password on a Mac? If so, please find the version of 1Password by following the steps here: What version of 1Password am I running? (If you have trouble with that, please let us know what you see when you open the app on your Mac.)

You can find the version of the 1Password extension in your web browser by following the steps here: How to find which version of the 1Password extension is installed

To find the version of Mac OS X, click on the  menu (in the top left corner of your screen) and select About This Mac.

Thanks very much. There was an update that I had not loaded. It is loading now, although it seems stalled.
Perhaps my storage is too full for the update. However, I don't know how to increase storage.

@AnnPurvis: The story of my life! Freeing up some space by deleting apps or unused media can help, and will also speed things up since iOS uses the storage for memory as well. Cheers! :)
