v5.5
Okay, thanks.
no jailbroken(why?!)
Because jailbreaking a device has caused unexpected results before and frankly we can't do much for folks that are experiencing issues because of the jailbreak (other than suggest restoring the device to a non-jailbroken state).
I'm currently updating my device to 8.4.1 to eliminate that as a possible difference (not that I suspect it will matter). Once I've got the update installed I'll re-test both issues you've described to see if I can then reproduce them.

Hi @Domi,
Thank you for confirming that. That's very strange, and like Ben, I'm unable to reproduce that behavior on my own iPhone. It may help to try these steps:
- Open the 1Password app on your iPhone.
- Double-click the Home button and swipe up on 1Password to close it.
- Restart your iPhone (hold down the power button for a few seconds and "slide to power off", then turn it back on again).
After the restart, do you notice any change in the way the icons are behaving in 1Password?

For what it is worth, even after installing the 8.4.1 update I'm unable to reproduce this one.

@Domi: Hmm. Are you by any chance running low on storage space? I know I've had strange issues myself under those circumstances (though admittedly not this particular issue) because of two things:
1
app data can't be stored or cached properly, because if iOS needs the space it will clear it by any means necessary, and2
iOS uses storage space for swap, so as apps are taken out of main memory, they will be put in swap space in device storage...and of course if this is not available results will be unpredictable.Just a hunch based on my own experiences. I had an iPhone 5 that nearly caught on fire (okay, a bit of hyperbole, but it was really, really hot!) because iOS was constantly caching and deleting data due to low space. You don't even want to know what that did to the battery! :dizzy:

No I am not running low storage. I have still 10GB free. And the temperature is normal as usual.

Thanks for checking that, @Domi. Have you tried my previous suggestion, and if so, did it make any difference at all?

Your suggestion changed nothing at all. I like to report that the same problems are in on my iPad with 8.4.1 as well.

Domi,
Do you have Settings > Display > Show Rich Icons turned on?

Yes it is on.

Thanks, Domi. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html
Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Ben

Hey Domi. It looks like Greig already replied, and was a little confused because you didn't include the link to this thread. ;) I'm filling him in now so we can proceed.
We'll continue via email.
Thanks.
