Since updating 1Password in late August, I'm unable to view my Banking E-Bills

Ever since we did the latest 1Password update in late August 2015, when I go to banking and click on "View Bill" under Bill Pay, it takes me to a Time Out screen stating "Failed to Load Page The operation couldn't be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error-999"
In the past, I've always been able to View My Entire Bill when using 1 Password to sign into my banking.

  • Hi @BJohnson,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble accessing your E-Bills. Have you tried accessing this site in Safari? Does the same problem occur there?

If you haven't already, you'll want to enable the 1Password extension in Safari so you can fill your 1Password data there:

    Thanks!

Ben, Thank you for your prompt reply, and yes I tried that, thinking that would resolve the problem. The only way I can view my e-bills is go completely out of 1PW and just sign on to banking as if I don't have 1PW, which unfortunately defeats the purpose of using 1PW. I would prefer to access banking through 1PW, so there is no search history on our IPAD. Any other suggestions?

@BJohnson: I'm sorry for the trouble! Unfortunately this is due to a bug in an iOS API we're using. It's been reported to Apple, and we're trying to find a workaround for it ourselves in the mean time. But keep in mind that you can use the 1Password extension in Safari to make it easier to login there too. Thanks for your patience!
