Hi @eikon54,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. This sounds like an issue that we fixed in 1Password 5 for Mac. So, you may have a few options:
1) Upgrade everything to the latest versions (OS X 10.10 w/ 1Password 5 for Mac and iOS 9 w/ 1Password 6 for iOS)
2) Switch to Dropbox sync, which does not use the same sync method as WiFi sync, and isn't affectedWe will not be back-porting this fix to previous versions of 1Password, unfortunately.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Ben

In lieu of having to update the OS on my Mac to 10.10 (and thus, the other updates you mentioned), would just switching to Dropbox sync possibly fix the problem? 1Password used to sync between my computer and phone automatically - then at some point, I had to choose a sync method and it became manual. That's always bothered me, as one has to remember to keep the syncing up to date to be sure everything on the ios version is correct. But I guess that's a different issue. What do you think about trying Dropbox sync as an alternative to Wi-Fi, to get attachments to sync to iphone?

@eikon54: Do it! I may be biased, having used Dropbox for years, but troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues and syncing manually gives me a rash. Give Dropbox a try. From your post, I suspect you'll like it. And if you don't, you can always switch back and you're not any worse off. ;)
