1P update does not appear in update list

I updated my iPhone 6 to IOS9; however, 1P update to v6 does not appear in updates list.

I'm also having this exact issue on all of my iOS devices - 4 of them. I can see I'm running iPassword 5.5 in the app. On the App Store I can see v6 and only thing I can do is "open" the version already on my phone.

I know I can delete the ver on my devices and download the fresh v6 from the App Store but I'm just hoping to avoid having to reset all of my settings.

I understand that the App Store had some problems yesterday when iOS9 dropped and maybe this is part of that. I haven't had any Updates since iOS9 dropped but I'm also not sure if any of the apps I use have been updated other than 1Password.

I've altered my settings from Auto-download to manual and back to no avail.

Update - Whatever was flubbed with my iOS account on my devices has resolved itself. 20-some updates just dropped for me.

I didn't do anything to fix this, just appeared.
