1Password 6 Can't Retrieve My Vault From iCloud
Hello,
Earlier today I did a clean install of iOS 9 on my iPhone 6+. While setting up my phone I downloaded 1Password 6 to get passwords for all my accounts. My vault is stored in iCloud but when I tell my phone to sync from iCloud it goes to a screen that says "Looking up iCloud information" and hangs there. After about 10 minutes of it being on this screen and not seeming to do anything I hit cancel and it tells me that "Existing Data is Not Found". I tried downloading 1Password 5.5 on my iPad running iOS 8.4.1 and it found my iCloud vault in seconds so I know the vault is out there and it's good. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps on the site and cannot get 1Password 6 to find my vault. Any help that can be provided would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Hi folks,
My suspicion is that Apple's servers are just totally slammed at the moment with everyone upgrading to iOS 9, updating all their apps, etc. It does not appear, at this point, that there is a problem with the code for iCloud sync in 1Password.
I do not have confirmation of this yet, but I will update this thread when I hear more.
Thanks!
Ben

Same problem here.
I did a clean install on both my iPad 3th generation and iPhone 6+. It worked just fine on iPhone, but not on iPad.
“Looking up iCloud information...” taking forever. Tried to reinstall 1Password, but didn’t worked.
Any clue?
Thanks!

Please try plugging your device into power. It appears there is some difficulty with iCloud sync related to iOS 9's Low Power Mode. You can also try disabling Low Power Mode entirely in Settings.app > Battery.
Thanks!
