no Touch ID on start, only when already unlocked

How come when I first open the app, Touch ID option to unlock is not present, only the master password. But when I do unlock the app and send it to background, then Touch ID is available to re-unlock? Am I missing something here?

  • @felix82 - You should only be asked for your master password after restarting your device or if your fingerprint isn't correctly detected. We have a great FAQ on this here. Please let us know if this helps.

    Not on my phone; I am prompted for master password each time I open the app.
