create new vault / 1P for windows

Hi, I have purchased the 1P Pro app. Now I've learned that I can only create new vaults in the PC version, not the app. Where can I find the license number in order to properly install 1P for windows and create a new vault?

    @handyslegacy - You can create a primary vault in the 1Password iOS app but you will need the 1Password desktop app to create additional secondary vaults. 1Password for Windows is a further purchase from our AgileBits store. You can sync between the two using WiFi or Dropbox and we have great sync guides here.

    Hi Laura, thanks for getting back to me. I have to admit, I am very disappointed, that I would need to purchase your Windows software in order to use the app properly. One of the main reasons why I purchased the pro version of 1password was the use of different vaults. :(
    What would I have to do in order to cancel the pro version and go back to the free version?

    I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. With the Pro features for iOS you can indeed use different vaults, created by either 1Password for Mac or 1Password for Windows. At the moment the iOS app does not have the ability to create additional vaults itself. This is something we would like to add in the future, but I don't have any further details at this point.
