dont have original appleid to restore iphone6 plus pro

I have 4 devices 3 of which are apple. One is windows. I want to restore the pro features I have on my ipads to my new iphone6 plus but I don't have the original applied and password to either purchase or restore 1 password on my Iphone6.

    Hi @mooser,

    Thanks for taking the time to contact us. Unfortunately Apple only allows purchases to be restored to the Apple ID they were originally made with. It is not possible to transfer App Store purchases from one Apple ID to another.
