Syncing Wheel Just Spins & Spins

I am using iOS 9.1 beta and apparently does not sync with my MacBook running the last MacOS version. I believe the problem started with iOS beta 9 as there is a large discrepancy in the number of entries I have in 1Password.

My default setting was syncing to iCloud. After discovering the issue, I switched to syncing to DropBox

After watching the iOS sync icon continue to spin (30+ minutes) I switched to WiFi syncing.

Each Sync option has the same issue. MacOS seems to sync to the cloud (both DropBox and iCloud) just fine.

The iOS device (iOS 9.1 beta, iPhone 6plus 128gb) has issues connecting with any of these destinations.

I have not done any draconian troubleshooting measures yet, but wanted to verify that iOS 9/iOS 9.1 does not have any known issues.

    Belay my last... I reset my iOS device, repointed everything to iCloud after attempting WiFi and DropBox intermediaries and everything worked fine.
