Getting stuck loading in [Try to plug in the power source to iOS devices before using 1Password]

Hi,
I own an Iphone 5s and since I updated 1password app i'm not able to log in.

When I launch the app everything seems fine but as soon as I enter one password it gets stuck on "Decriptazione"(italian version) and nothing happens.
I have tried to restart my phone, shut down app and relaunch it but it didn't work.

I'd uninstall and download it again but i'm afraid to lose everything I have saved on the app.

Can you please help me?

I have the same issue as well after updating my iPhone6 to iOS 9 and the newest version of 1Password. Any solutions for this problem?

@luca_rjt - Can you try restarting your iPhone - Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

I tried that this type of restart as well as shutting the phone done completely and restarting, but the issue still remains. It still hangs on decrypting. What I enter as the master password also doesn't have an effect. If I press "Go" then the keyhole and the lock just rotate and nothing else happens.

Hi @Pickelhaube,

Can you plug the power into your iOS device, wait a few minutes, and restart the 1Password app (open app switcher and swipe 1Password up to kill it). Now, does it work better?
