Where did my logins go? [Logins only show up for the site(s) they are saved for]

Using now version 6 with iOS 9 on an iPhone.

When I use a login that spans multiple pages for username and password, I'll enter my username and then an authentication question. When done and I hit the "key" on the bottom to enter a password, I cannot get my list of logins to appear. The only choices I have are credit cards and identities. Any clue?

    Logins will only appear if the URL / website saved into them matches the URL of the page you are on. Please make sure that is the case.
