Hello.

I am using two MacBooks, one iPad and one iPhone. All this devices sync the password-vault over the iCloud. And after the iOS9-Update everything works fine, but not on the iPhone and I do not know why.

I deleted all iCloud-Data, greated a new vault and all devicedes found them, but not the iPhone. I loggt off on the iCloud on all deviced, loggt me in again and everythin synced fine, but not the iPhone. I also disabled the iCloud-Drive and turned it on again - but the iPhone still found nothing. I also deleted the App and installed it again on the iPhone to adjust the App again but it still does not found the vault on the iCloud. I really did all troubleshooting you have here, but nothings works :(

My iCloud-Account works fine and is verifyed. Everything (calender, notes, reminds, etc) syncs right and quickly like alsways.

  • @Matthias.Petrat - I apologize for this issue and we believe we have now pinpointed the problem -

    1. Cancel out of the Sync screen where it is stuck on ‘Looking up iCloud information’
    2. Make sure Low Power mode is off. (Go to the phone’s general Settings -> Battery) You might also need to connect to power if battery is low.
    3. If needed, switch to Wi-Fi (get off cellular data) and wait for 1Password to attempt an iCloud sync.

In most cases, this fixes the issue.
