    Hi @metaz1947,

I hope you don't mind, I've changed your username from your email address to protect your privacy in this public forum.

Regarding not being able to find your vault, we'll need some more specific information to be able to help you find it. Can you please tell us:

    • What version(s) of 1Password you were using
    • What version you've upgraded to
    • Whether you bought it from the Mac App Store or AgileBits Store
    • What you are seeing (error message?) in 1Password that's different from expected (a screenshot might help here)

These answers will help us help you better. Thanks in advance!

    Hi Vee,

When I did a recent upgrade from 5 to6 everything was fine until I logged in again. At that time my iPad was froze on a split screen where I could not access my logins. I posted my question and then totally shut down my iPad. The next day when I accessed 1Password it functioned perfectly. Somehow the issue resolved itself once I shut the iPad down. By the way, I purchased the app from the Agilebits Store and while I was having this issue there were never any error messages. I hope this small amount of information can be useful to you.

Thanks for responding to my initial questions.

    Hi @metaz1947,

Thank you for following up here, and for answering my questions. I'm glad to hear that the issue was resolved by a restart--that's always a good first thing to try when something's going wrong.

It's still a rather mysterious issue, but if it happens again, I'd encourage you to email us a Diagnostics Report from the device so we can take a closer look at what the cause might be. Thanks!
