Id and Password not entered on Investment site
I have an Ipad Air2 with version 9.1.1 I am just starting to use 1Password. I have created 2 logins
My Bank login works fine but Brokerage login page is not filled in.
The URL is https://www.mystreetscape.com/my/suntrust/
I have tried recreating the login but with no success.
I am able to autofill this website on my PC with another password program.

Hi @joe935,
It appears the page you linked uses a 'frame' for the login form, which on iOS we do not have access to [known issue, waiting for an updated API from Apple]. I found a different login page for their site which appears to forego the frame:
https://login.mystreetscape.com/ftgw/Fas/nf/SSCorrClient/Login/Init/df.chf.ra/my_suntrustPlease try that one instead.
Thanks!

Ben, After trial and error entering that url, I got it working.
One thing I notice, I have to click enter after the page opens and the data is entered, is there a way to make that automatic?
Thank you0 -
Ben, new problem with this website after the page loads there are links that i need to tap to get to the next page, but nothing happens when i tap the links. seems like page is locked.
Any suggestions?0 -
Hi @joe935
Are you seeing this in 1Browser or Safari? If you are seeing it in 1Browser can you please check and see if it also happens in Safari?
If you haven't yet enabled the 1Password extension in Safari you can do so following these instructions:
https://support.1password.com/guides/ios/enable-extension.htmlUnfortunately I can't test anything beyond the login page.

I did try both browsers. Another thing i tried. I manually entered both my old url and your new one in safari and both are hung up. So must be something in the browser for that page.

Thanks for the update @joe935. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if it is happening in both Safari and 1Browser unfortunately there isn't anything we can do about it. I'd suggest contacting the company and letting them know their website doesn't work properly in Safari on iOS. They'll probably want to know all of your version information, the URL of the page that the problem happens on, etc.
