using iOS9, I can not update or reinstall 1Password [A device reboot should fix the problem]
I have an iPhone 6 128GB running iOS 9.0 and have 3.9 GB of free storage. My 1Password app was downloaded from Apple App Store.
After upgrading to iOS 9.0 I could not get iPassword to update. I deleted the app and now can not get reinstall 1Password. It times out and says can not install the app.
Can anyone assist please.
1Password Version: the latest will not install
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 9.0

@jeffsteel: Unfortunately this isn't something AgileBits can help with, as the App Store is owned and operate by Apple. Like any 3rd party developer, we simply don't have any control over the installation or updating of apps. That's handled exclusively by iOS. I actually had a slightly similar issue myself for a day or so. All of my "updates" only offered an "Open" button, so I couldn't actually update any of them — including 1Password. Fortunately it fixed itself without any intervention on my part. But if the problem persists, be sure to contact Apple directly so they can look into the issue. Please let us know how it turns out!

I am having the same problem as Jeff on iphone6 running ios9. Not happening with any other apps. 1Password stalling 3/4 of the way through download. Same happens when I delete and reinstall.

Hi guys,
Please do a hard reboot, that often fixes the problem. This is not an app issue, it's an issue with iOS not able to install it properly.
Here's how to do a reboot: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559

Thanks MikeT and Brenty, After turning off the iPad and deleting and reinstalling (again), 1Password is now active. Jeff

@zimjim, @jeffsteel: Thanks for the update! I'm glad to hear its working now. I'll admit I took the lazy route, using 5.5 while I waited for the App Store to catch up...but being proactive is a good thing sometimes too. Cheers! ;)
