Hi @bobthegas,
Can you do a reboot to see if it will fix these issues? It is up to iOS to do both features and it sounds like it is not reading the setting properly. Here's how to do a reboot: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201559

Have already tried that to no effect. It is working fine on my iPad mini.

Hi @bobthegas,
I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html
Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!
Thanks.
Ben

Ditto here....
I have the same problem here too. Did a little digging on settings for my iPhone 6 Plus and tried a little experiment, and my hypothesis proved true I believe...maybe you can double check this and confirm?I am running ...settings Display Zoom - Zoomed, and the "Landscape" mode does not work at all on my phone....turn off Display Zoom - back to standard and Voila....the "Landscape" mode works, mind you when you go to edit secure notes it leaves about 1 line and you have to try to scroll to edit anything that needs to be changed in that section of the secure note. So any way to fix this to work with Display Zoom for those of us who's eyesight is not so good?
Please Advise?0 -
Hi @Wojohowitz
thanks for digging into this problem. This is indeed correct: turning on Display Zoom on your 6 Plus will disable the possibility to use the 1Password in landscape mode. With Display Zoom enabled the usable screen size basically becomes the size of an iPhone 6. As an iPhone 6 or lower has not enough space to display our UI in a usable way in landscape mode we don't enable it for these devices - which therefor also includes an iPhone 6 Plus in Zoomed mode. So I suggest turning off Display Zoom if you want to use 1Password in landscape mode.

@Winnie
Thanks for the update. Maybe you guys/gals can add that as a stickie for iOS users, so people will know. I'm sure that others are having this same issue, and it most likely boils down to the zoom setting. I came here looking for some answers and solved it myself after a bit of digging around in the settings.
Thanks,

Hi @Wojohowitz!
Thanks so much for the feedback! I have all sorts of 6 Plus documentation to write; I'll definitely add a note about 1Passwords landscape view while in zoomed mode to the list :)
Please let us know if you have any other suggestions!
