backed up iphone5s, had 2012 version of 1password, lost all info, updated to ios9, help
I had an older version of 1password pro, it had a vault door on the app home screen. My wife and I have the apps on our iPhone 5s. She had her own passwords and I had mine. I backed up my phone yesterday on my iMac, then updated to ios9, then had to go to app store to get the latest 1password. It looks different. No passwords…ug. It asks me to go to drop box, wifi or iCloud. I don't even know where the passwords were kept. I assumed that they were stored on the iPhone. Any help? Thank you Scott

Hi @baldpegasus,
Thanks for taking the time to write in. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble upgrading to iOS 9.
By default 1Password only stores your data on the device it was created on. This is why it is very important to make backups (instructions for 1Password 6 for iOS: https://support.1password.com/ios-itunes-backups/ ). You can also get your data off-device by syncing -- with Dropbox, iCloud, or WiFi on the latest version.
Do you still have the older version of 1Password on your device as well? If so you can upgrade the data following these instructions:
https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/If all you have is a backup from the older version, these instructions may help:
https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/#1password-3-7-1-or-earlierI hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
Ben
