with the website "consumers energy.com" the login information will not autofill on my iPad or my iPhone. Works fine on all other websites and also autofills on "consumers energy.com" using my MacBook Pro.

Hi @angelwyngs,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us. The issue appears to be that this site uses a 'frame' to contain its login form, and the current APIs we're using from Apple do not allow us to look into frames. This is a known issue, and we're waiting for updated APIs from Apple that will allow us to do so. In the mean time, please try logging in at this URL instead:
https://www.consumersenergy.com/customer/login/login?https://www.consumersenergy.com/Thanks!

Thank you very much for your help Ben. The URL you provided worked. Great job. Now, I have one more question. On many of my billing accounts, such as Consumers Energy and others, they provide statements in the PDF format. When using 1password, the PDF won't come up when clicked on...I just get a blank page. PDF's come up fine when using Safari. Again, this is on my ipad and iphone. They will come up when using my laptop. You did a great job on the first one, now lets give this one a shot. Thanks so much for your help.

Hi @angelwyngs,
On behalf of Ben, you're welcome.
As for the PDF issue; unfortunately, 1Browser cannot view any external files, especially PDFs. You'd need to open them in Safari to get your statements. This is a known issue in 1Password and we'll try to work around this by at least allowing you to open it in other apps like Safari does.
