iCloud sync did not work after IOS9 upgrade on my Iphone 6 plus.

Tried everything on your support site. The thing that worked was to select flight mode on, use wifi to sync, then flight mode off. Now iCloud sync works over wifi but not over cellular data. Tried to reset cellular data and iCloud account and rebooting but nothing helps. iCloud sync will not work for cellular data. I have 1 password on my macbook and iPad as well and iCloud sync works fine for those over wifi. My Ipad is also upgraded to IOS9. I'm sending a diagnostic report now .

    Hi folks,

    I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties with iCloud. There are a few different things that could be going on here. Could you please let me know what error message, if any, you are getting? If you aren't getting an error message what are you seeing that is abnormal?

    Also: if you've sent us a diagnostics report, please post your ticket ID here, so we can 'connect the dots.'
