Customer Service number or email?

Hello,

I have been looking all over for a customer service number or chat feature on the website, does this exists? I was wanting to talk to a service representative if possible.

    AgileBits prefer the forum as first line of support. They find it faster. They will also move discussions to email if it seems appropriate.

    There isn't a chat service, or a phone number you can call, as the team is too small and scattered for these to work.

    If your issue is not private, ask here, and you will definitely get a response from AgileBits, though you might get an answer from experienced users before a staff member can reply.

    If the matter is private, perhaps you can still ask in general terms, and AgileBits will take it to email.
