Hi @dominosgus,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us. Could you please elaborate on what feature you're trying to use but are unable to? If you're following along in our user guide, could you please point me to the page you are looking at, and where you get stuck? What steps are you taking, what do you expect to happen, and what happens instead?
Please let us know.
Ben

Hi,
I purchased the app and now I decided to start using it.
I am not being able to create a vault to share with my wife. It only gives me the option to create a demo.
Attached are screen shots of what I am talking about. I think my account is not giving me full access. Please see pics.

Hi @dominosgus,
1Password for iOS cannot create secondary vaults. That is not currently a feature. This is something we would like to add in the future, but I don't have any further details at this point.
We do offer a fully functional 30 day trial of each our Mac and Windows applications, and you could certainly use the trial to create your desired vaults. You can download trial versions here:
https://agilebits.com/downloadsWith the Pro features for iOS you can use different vaults, created by either 1Password for Mac or 1Password for Windows.
Thanks!
Ben

Well..how can I have the same iPassword in 2 iPhones? So my wife can see the passwords I enter and I can see the ones that she enters?
Why do you have the option to create more vaults? I see instructions saying that you can create one for business, one for personal and etc.
I paid for the Pro feature but can't use it. Can you check my account status?

Never mind....it says Windows and Mac only. However how can I share my iPassword with my wife so we can both see our family passwords?

Hi @dominosgus,
I apologize for the confusion! As Ben mentions above, we have free trials for 1Password for Mac and Windows, so if you'd like to set up a secondary vault using a trial of our desktop software, that vault can then be shared to your iOS devices. There's all sorts of great information about Multiple Vaults in our User Guide.
If you want to share your entire 1Password database with your wife, you can do so by syncing your database with Dropbox. There are instructions on how to set up sync in our User Guide, which is also where you'll find instructions on how to set up sync as an existing user, which is what you'll want to do on your wife's device after your 1Password database is in Dropbox.
I'd be happy to provide you with some more specific steps, but in order to do so, I'll need to know a little bit more about your 1Password ecosystem:
- What is the version number of 1Password that you have installed? (Please include all relevant computers and devices)
- What is the version number of your operating system (for all computers and devices)?
The more detail you can provide, the more quickly we'll be able to get you sorted out! :)
