I'm not sure I understand your question completely, but if you have an iOS device that can use Touch ID, you will be able to use that feature to unlock 1Password. You will still need to set a strong master password to protect your data, and you will need to enter that master password anytime your device is reset. That is for your protection. You must not ever forget the master password. There is no way that anyone can help you gain access to your data without that matter password. You would be wise to set 1Password to require the master password periodically so that you don't forget it.

1Password can fill your credentials into web pages, and also into apps that have added support for 1Password. You can find a list of apps that have 1Password support here:
https://blog.agilebits.com/1password-apps/For apps not listed you would need to copy & paste your credentials from 1Password into those apps.
You can find our user guide for 1Password for iOS here:
https://support.1password.com/guides/ios/I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
