Can't sync iPhone over Cloud. I give up!

"Looking up iCloud information..." Never responds. IPad version shows sync activity to iCloud for hours.

    Hi @jsheppard,

    Please try plugging your device into power. There is an issue with iCloud where the initial sync after upgrade may not take place unless the device is plugged in.

    Please let me know if that resolves the issue.
