my iPad and iPhone have been syncing via iCloud for over 3 hours

I still have 59 items on my iPad but my iPhone is stuck at 30. I have tried turning both devices off and back on and have tried plugging in my iPad.

    sorry for the troubles with iCloud sync! We have a fix for this iCloud syncing issue in review by the App Store review team right now. We're hoping it is approved soon.
