    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password! The first thing to do here is ensure that Touch ID is enabled on both your devices, and that your security settings in 1Password are the same. We have instructions on setting up Touch ID on your iOS device in our User Guide.

    If this doesn't help, I'll need a bit more information on what is not working. Are you seeing an error message? If so, what is the text that you see? Are you unable to set Touch ID up? While you're testing, I'd love to confirm that you're using version 6.0.1, which was just released yesterday - there are a lot of great fixes in there!

    The more detail you can provide, the more quickly we'll be able to get this straightened out.
