Hi, the app icons disappeared all in a sudden. I just have the generic ones. iOS 9, ipass updated (6.x).
Rich stuff is on. What's going on?

    Hi @armybot,

    Could you please confirm your version number of 1Password 6 for iOS? You can find the version on the Settings page, below the 'Recommend 1Password' option.

    I'd also like you to try restarting 1Password. Does this help?

    I confirm. Actually the version is the latest one 6.0.1 .

    Hi @armybot,

    Did the Software Licenses icons show up in 1Password 5.5 on iOS 8?

    If you see the icons in 1Password for Mac but not in 1Password for iOS, it is because not all Software Licenses icons are Rich Icons. In 1Password for Mac you are be able to see them because 1Password for Mac does not fetch the Rich Icons from the server. Instead, it uses the icons from the app bundle (the dot app from your /Applications folder).

    If you wish to add "Custom Icons" for your Software Licenses items, you can do it by adding them in 1Password for Mac and then sync them over to your iOS devices. And here's how to do it:

    1. Open 1Password for Mac, select the desired Software License item and enter edit mode (click on "Edit").
    2. Drag the desire app from your /Applications folder over the icon's image view.
    3. Make sure that you sync the recent changes over to your iOS devices.

    Just created Software Licenses items using the item title from your screenshot and they do show up on my iPhone 6 running iOS 9.0.1 and 1Password 6.0.1 for iOS.

    Please try to disable and re-enable "Rich Icons" in Settings > General. This may just do the trick.

    I tried to uninstall and install again with no luck. I loaded rather demo safe and I saw the same result. Very weird.

    For the record, I imported from a co-existing 3.x version passwords. With 8.x worked

    Folks, no way to have this icons on my iPhone 6plus. I tried forcing a wifi sync (on iMac I saw them) and a Dropbox sync. Both synchs work but no icon is shown.
    Maybe a bug for 6 plus on 9.0.1? I tried to uninstall and and reinstall w/o luck

    This issue only affects iPhone 6 Pluses. I did try the same steps I did earlier on a 6 Plus and I was able to reproduce it. So I just filed an internal bug.

    Unfortunately I don't have any good news to report. I checked out the bug report but it's still marked as unresolved :(

    I have to say, this is a crazy bug. I hadn't come across this bug report until I went to respond to your post. Icons only missing on a particular iOS device? There's been a couple now that only affect the plus devices and I don't mean just with 1Password for iOS. It seems I got lucky in that the 6 is just a bit bigger than the optimal size for my hands.

    I hope we can offer better news regarding this weird behaviour soon.
