I can access with my master passcode, BUT I can not remember my password for my vault. Please help

I get in to the app but when I go to sync I can not remember my vault password.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. It appears perhaps you've already read this guide, but unfortunately I don't have further information to offer than what is presented in it:

    AgileBits cannot reset your Master Password. It is known only by you, and is the only way to decrypt your data.

    So, that said, as you currently have access to the vault via the PIN, you'll want to record as much of the information as you can, then create a new vault:

    You'll want to be sure to write down your Master Password this time and store it someplace secure such as a fire vault or safety deposit box that only you have access to.
