I cannot download the latest update.

I have tried to download the latest version 4 or 5 times but it gets about halfway and freezes. I am now in a position that I cannot use 1password at all on my iPad. I am using iSO 9 on an iPad 2

I am having the same problem. Tried deleting app and re downloading but it gets stuck and will not respond to a retry.

Same problem here! I cannot update 1Password. It freezes and freezes and freezes… I’m having these problems with version 6 under iOS9 on an iPhone 5.

I am having the same issue w/ iPhone 6 and iOS9. iPassword tried to update itself with latest version and the 1 Password icon simply says installing under the icon. Please help. I would hate to think that I no longer have access to my passwords.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Typically a restart of the device will resolve issues with installing apps.

I restarted my iPhone and now the 1Password app is no where to be found on the iPhone. If I download the app again and install it, will it find all my passwords?

I decided to update iOS to 9.0.1 before trying to reinstall 1Password and after the iOS update, the 1Password app icon reappeared on my home screen and it seems to be working fine. Not sure why, but I am just very happy that everything is now working again.
