How can I get my license key?

I've tried three times to request my license by email through your automated site, but am not receiving it. It's not in my inbox, not in Spam. How do I get it?

    I have upgraded to the latest version of one password, and it keeps asking me for my license key when I attempted open. I have tried on three occasions to request my license be e-mailed to me through your automated site, but no e-mail is arriving. I have checked my inbox and checked my spam folder, but nothing. How do I receive my license?

    Hi @dspiker,

    I checked our records and I don't see any purchases from our store (https://agilebits.com/store/) under the email address you are using here on the forums.

    1Password for iOS (and all other iOS apps) is sold exclusively by Apple through the App Store and is associated with your Apple ID. There is no license key included with it.

    I have the desktop version of One Password. I know I have a license somewhere because I've used it before on previous upgrades. I lost track of my license and can no longer find it. What do I do?

    Hi @dspiker,

    Please drop us an email to support+forum@agilebits.com with a list of the email addresses you might've used to purchase along with a link to this thread. We can do a more extensive search and see what we can come up with.

    When you say the desktop version... are we talking about Mac or Windows? If Mac is it possible you purchased from the Mac App Store? If so we would not have record of that.
