Not sure what is going on. But 1PW does not take money repeatedly (which is what your message sounds like to me), it is a one-time purchase.

AgileBits staff will look into the matter. If the email address you used on the forum is the same as you used for the purchase, they may be able to make a refund without further action from you. Or they may want to take the matter to email.

You're right, of course, @Bernfrin . I was thinking of the Mac version.

If there is an issue with the iOS version, I believe one can get a refund from Apple by going to http://reportaproblem.apple.com provided the purchase was recent.

  • Thanks for all the awesome replies, folks.

@punkiegirl, I'm sorry for the trouble you've run into. Could you give me a little more information about which version of 1Password you purchased? For the iOS app we have a one-time in-app purchase that you may be able to get refunded to you by Apple by visiting the link @danco provided: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/

If you purchased 1Password for Mac from the Mac App Store you can request a refund here: http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/

Lastly, if you purchased 1Password from us directly we can refund you once you let us know which email address you used to make the purchase.

Again, sorry for the trouble you've run into, just let me know how I can help.
