I tried upgrading from 3.7 to 6, but 1pw did not show up in the file sharing section of itunes.
I understand that you cannot do a simple upgrade from 3.7 to 6, and that you have to import the 3.7 data file to 6, but how can that be done if 1pw does no show up in the file sharing section of itunes? Also, there appears to be a simpler process to upgrade from 3.7.2, but that did not work (as indicated by support that it may not work) so I followed the instructions to import for versions 3.7.1 and earlier as instructed.
Please help, I have almost 100 records in 3.7.2 and I need to move on to 6 and I don't want to manually key them all in again.

Hello, anyone home? I am a paying customer, I purchased 1PW Pro version 3, and plan on purchasing Pro for version 6 once this issue is resolved.. I would appreciate a reply from Agile Staff. Thank you.

@DJ111: At work, actually! ;)

I apologize for the delay, but we've got other folks who need help too! We try to respond on a first-come-first-served basis, but when you post repeatedly it actually confuses thing by making it look like you've posted after everyone else. Yikes! :fearful:

Neither worked...I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what exactly isn't working! Please tell me all OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action.
For example, 1Password will only show up in the File Sharing section of iTunes when you have the new version (6, in this case) installed on your device. The old version (3) predates iTunes File Sharing. But it's definitely there in the new version, though it is often difficult to navigate that section in iTunes (I just did that last night, and it isn't particularly fun).
The more information you can give, the better. For instance, have you saved a backup of your data from the old version of 1Password on your...iPad? iPhone? That's the most important step, since as long as you have a backup of the data, we should be able to find some way of restoring it! So, if you can tell me exactly where you're getting stuck, we'll figure out how to proceed. Thanks in advance! :)
