The same thing happened to me yesterday. The suggestion I received was to reboot the iPhone. That worked for some people but not for me. After I rebooted the iPhone, the 1Password app simply disappeared from my iPhone. Later in the day, I noticed that Apple had just released an update to iOS 9.0.1. I did that update and when the iPhone started back up after installing the iOS update, my 1Password icon appeared back on my home screen and it was working correctly. I have no idea if this would work for you or not, but if you don't get any other responses from more knowledgeable people, you may want to give that a try.

  • Good morning @abarontini, thanks for taking the time to write in. We have been seeing reports from other customers that updating to iOS 9.0.1 solved the problem they were running into updating their apps. Please give that a shot and see if that helps.

Thanks for the advice, @sshearer, and I'm glad you were able to get back up and running.

I have ios 6. whatever... anyways Is there anyway I can at least update to ios7 whith out jailbreaking it?

  • Hi @slickrick2700,

I'm not sure I follow. Why would you need to jailbreak in order to update? What device do you have?

    Thanks.

  • I see. Yes, unfortunately iOS 6.1.6 is the latest version that generation of iPod touch supports.
