I downloaded 1P on my iPhone 6, but there is no icon

I know the app is on my iPhone, because I can see it on my updates periodically. But I have never been able to open the app on my phone, because there's no icon.

Hi @thegunthergang,

If you do a search in Spotlight for 1Password does your phone find it? If so, there is an icon somewhere! Perhaps it accidentally got moved into a folder or a distant home screen tab?

I have done a Spotlight search for 1Password many times, and it always brings up on Top Hits the 1Password App. To the right is a little box that says VIEW. I touch on that, and it brings up the App Store with the 1Password App displaying. To the side is the little box that says OPEN, but I touch that and nothing happens. Ever. I have tried it dozens of times. I see 1Password in my Updates section of the App Store, and I update the App every time it has an update available. It loads and then gives me the option to OPEN, but it never opens. I have done a hard reset on the iPhone. I have connected it to my iMac and tried to delete the App from iTunes, but I cannot do it. It is blocked from deleting. There is no way I have found yet that I can delete and start over. It is simply stuck inside my phone with no way of getting it to open or delete. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

@thegunthergang: Try deleting it from iOS Settings > General > Storage (& iCloud Usage) > Manage Storage. If it's on your iPhone, it will be in that list. If you still can't delete it from there (or it doesn't show up at all!) you'll need to contact Apple though, since there isn't any way for AgileBits to make the App Store update/install/delete 1Password on your device. Please tell me how it turns out! :)
